1. Who we are

EYEMEDIA.com ("EYEMEDIA", "we") is a creative studio with studios in Los Angeles and Brooklyn. This policy covers personal data collected through eymedia.com and in the course of production and social services.

2. What we collect

• From you: name, email, brand details and project briefs you send us via the contact form or by email. The form simply opens your email client — the website itself stores nothing.
• Talent & creators: portfolio links, contact details, payment and rights information for people we work with, kept per contractual terms.
• Site logs: standard technical logs (IP, browser, pages) kept 90 days for security. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

3. How we use it

• Replying to inquiries and preparing proposals (legitimate interest / steps before a contract).
• Producing and delivering commissioned work (contract).
• Paying creators and managing usage rights (contract / legitimate interest).
• Keeping the site and our files secure (legitimate interest).

We do not sell personal data and we don't run creepy trackers. Promise.

4. Production & campaign media

Films and campaigns may feature talent and extras whose likeness is used under signed releases defining scope and duration. For paid distribution, audience data is processed by the platforms and ad partners under their own privacy notices; our role is limited to instruction of the commissioning brand.

5. Sharing

We share data only with: service providers under contract (cloud storage, email, accounting); production partners bound by NDA; and authorities where the law requires. Cross-border transfers, where they occur, rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. Retention

Prospect briefs: up to 24 months. Client project files: per contract, typically 7 years (tax and audit). Creator records: duration of the relationship plus 3 years. Site logs: 90 days.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to our use of it — wherever you live, and specifically under GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California). We don't sell or "share" personal information as those laws define it. Email privacy@eymedia.com and we'll sort it within 30 days.

8. Security

Access to project files and talent data is limited to the team on the job; laptops are encrypted; transfers of large media use secure delivery platforms. Report anything fishy to security@eymedia.com.

9. Kids

Our site and services aren't aimed at under-16s. Content featuring children is only produced with verifiable guardian consent.
